Once your belongings are in VALET STORED!, you can visit any time in 24 / 7 with your keycard access.

For security and peace-of-mind, all keycard access to our facility is logged.
If you need help we can arrange to meet you at VALET STORED! Monday – Saturday 9:00-9:00 (excluding Sunday or Public Holidays).
The office in Central is open 9:00-6:00 Monday – Friday.

Yes, everything is cool and dry with AIR CONDITIONING. We know that dehumidifiers are not really effective in brutal Hong Kong summers as the ambient temperature is too warm.

Yes, we can deliver flat packed document boxes to you. They are $25.00 each and a minimum number of 10 means a complimentary delivery to you anywhere on Hong Kong Island.
Rolls of tape to seal the boxes $10 each and tape dispensers $30 each.
LARGER TAPE-FREE REMOVAL BOXES (61x40x40cm) are $35 and rolls of bubble wrap (0.5x45m) are $70 per roll.

We always advise you to photograph your items and also if later you decide to sell something you can use the photograph then.

You can pay by DIRECT DEBIT OR PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD OR CHEQUE OR FPS. A month's deposit is taken when the documents are signed and any excess is returned on a pro rata basis along with the keycard deposit.

The minimum time is ONE MONTH with no maximum time a week's notice is required.
